The Question No One Formalized.
For fifty years computing asked what a system can compute. As machines move from prediction to action, that question stops being the important one. The question that governs the next era is different: what is a system authorized to do, under what conditions, and who can prove it afterward?
That question has no settled science behind it. There is no accepted formalism for deciding whether an automated action was admissible before it happened, and no accepted way to prove it after. Systems act; the guarantees are asserted, not established.
KeyWow exists to formalize that question and to own the answer. We call the discipline Constitutional Decision Infrastructure, and it is the foundation of our patent portfolio.
